Julia Stewart holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Acadia University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie. She worked for a number of years with Halifax Public Libraries in a variety of positions before moving to New Brunswick in 2015 to take on the role of Director of the busiest public library in New Brunswick and she loves it! In Fredericton, Julia likes to spend time on the beautiful Saint John River, shopping at the local market, snowshoeing the trails and playing the ukulele whenever she gets a chance.
